&lt;p&gt;Tejgyan Foundation is a non-profit. Its teachers had spent years running courses, recording audios, and filming long-form video sessions, consumed mostly on phones, mostly in India, in Hindi and English. The content existed and the audience existed. What did not exist was any evidence that the audience would pull out a card and pay for that content packaged as an online platform.
